Both types of profiles are made of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy, and there is no difference in the strength and wear resistance of the base material. The core difference lies solely in the T-slot size and assembly accessories.

European standard profiles: narrow slot mouths, rounded corners, exquisite appearance, compatible with imported automation equipment and small precision workbenches, a wide range of accessories, but slightly lower load-bearing capacity for the same specifications, and higher accessory procurement costs.

National standard profiles: wider slot openings, sharp edges and corners, greater wall thickness margin in the cross-section, stronger load-bearing capacity, affordable accessories, suitable for domestic assembly lines, heavy-duty protective fences, and large equipment racks, offering outstanding cost-effectiveness for bulk purchases.

Selection Guide: For small precision inspection equipment and export equipment, opt for European standards; for domestic heavy-duty production lines, storage racks, and heavy-load workbenches, prioritize national standards; there is no such claim that "European standards are superior to national standards". Simply choose based on equipment load and assembly accessory requirements, without blindly advocating for European standard profiles.
