How to maintain industrial aluminum profile frames and extend the service life of equipment frames

The
Aluminum Profile has good corrosion resistance, but the factory oil, dust, and chemical splash will still damage the surface facial mask layer. Simple maintenance can protect the framework.
1. Daily cleaning: Use a soft cloth dipped in neutral detergent to wipe off surface oil stains and dust; Do not use strong acid or alkali cleaning agents, as they can corrode the oxide film and spray paint film, causing the surface to turn white and discolor.
2. Regularly tighten bolts: In the vibration environment of the equipment, corner pieces and bolts will gradually loosen. It is recommended to inspect all connection points every six months and re tighten screws to prevent frame shaking and deformation.
3. Avoid collision with hard objects: once the facial mask layer on the profile surface is damaged, the damaged position is easy to be oxidized and rusted. During handling and use, try to avoid strong impact of sharp hard objects.
4. Protection against damp and corrosive environments: Powder coated profiles should be used as much as possible in damp workshops; If there are areas where chemicals splash, isolate and protect them, and promptly clean up any liquids that splash onto the surface of the profile.
5. Do not overload the material at will: Each profile has a theoretical load-bearing limit. Do not stack heavy objects under long-term overload to avoid irreversible bending deformation of the profile.
Simple regular maintenance can keep the aluminum frame in a stable state all year round, reducing the cost of replacement and repair.
