In order to meet the needs of the times, enhance leadership skills, promote personal growth, unify ideas and concepts, improve work efficiency, and implement 5S management, the company held a three-day "Cadre Ability Enhancement Incentive Camp Training Class" at Jianfeng Enterprise Management Training School from May 1st to 3rd.
During the training, all staff members were focused, engaged, actively explored, passionate, and brave enough to challenge their comfort zone, try new methods and ideas, think actively, listen attentively, take notes, share experiences, and ask questions. Everyone showed a strong desire for knowledge, challenged themselves, and discovered a different version of themselves.
During the training, through a variety of "production lines" and "supersonic" game competitions, each member has their own role and responsibility. Only by cooperating and supporting each other can the team maximize its effectiveness. Timely, accurate, and clear communication is the key to ensuring efficient team operation. Only when everyone can understand each other's intentions and ideas can we work together better and avoid misunderstandings and mistakes.
At the end of the training, Comrade Chen Peng, Chairman of Huanyu Aluminum Industry, made a summary and instruction. In his speech, he pointed out that this training was the first batch of seed cadre training teams sent out by the company, and it was also the first step taken by the enterprise's 5S implementation from scratch. He hoped that after learning, they would maintain a united, tense, serious, and lively atmosphere, bring what they had learned to their work, and replicate it to every colleague, so that the enterprise and employees could grow together. Finally, the three-day training was successfully concluded with the slogan "Long wind breaks through waves, sometimes, hanging directly to sail across the sea".
